Thomas is a passionate software engineer with extensive experience in leading DevOps transformation programs. He is the co-founder and former CTO of Komyu, a consultancy specializing in cross-functional management and the deployment of ISPO/OSPO programs.Previously, Thomas held several key positions at Thales, including Head of DevOps & IT, Inner Source Transformation Leader, and Agile Coach. He is also an active member of the InnerSource Commons Foundation, where he founded the Francophone Local Chapter.In February 2024, Thomas joined the Eclipse Foundation as the Program Manager for the Eclipse IDE.Throughout his career, Thomas has been driven by a commitment to collaboration, innovation, and building sustainable software ecosystems.
