In Agile teams, daily standups aren’t just status updates - they’re micro-moments where culture is shaped in real time. How do we make sure every voice is heard? How do we build psychological safety inside fast sprint cycles? How can leaders and team members practice meaningful allyship in just 15 minutes a day?
