In Agile teams, daily standups aren’t just status updates - they’re micro-moments where culture is shaped in real time. How do we make sure every voice is heard? How do we build psychological safety inside fast sprint cycles? How can leaders and team members practice meaningful allyship in just 15 minutes a day?
This interactive session explores how allyship shows up within Agile frameworks; especially during daily standups. Hosted by Anastasia Andrikou, Community & Marketing Associate at WE LEAD, a non-profit bridging the gender gap in tech and Anastasia Masadi, WE LEAD Ambassador and Customer Business Partner, Data & AI at Ethniki Asfalistiki, the session blends practical Agile thinking with actionable inclusion strategies.
