I am an engineering leader with 20+ years building and scaling teams — from early-stage startups to high-growth product companies across multiple industries. Started off by managing large scale Oracle Database and ERP systems at Dell and National Instruments. Eventuqlly joined startups in the Petroleum and Energy sector in Texas focusing on data-intensive and cloud SaaS platforms. I returned to Morocco and currently Heading Engineering at Yakeey, leading the Marketplace organization. I bring a hands-on view of the realities of startup engineering: building teams from scratch, making architecture bets under uncertainty, and shipping when resources are tight. Currently Based in Casablanca, I am passionate about engineering leadership startups and scale-ups, with roots in cloud, data and distributed systems.
