Most of them are just passive participants though - they listen to talks, maybe stay for a few minutes afterwards and head home. But one can acquire the real benefit of JUGs only by becoming more active.In this talk I'll show which benefits and advantages you can achieve by active participation. It takes just a few hours a month but effects on your career can be profound! I'll also demonstrate several simple yet effective actions you can do today to help your JUG. Remember, if you improve your JUG, your JUG will improve you :)
