Arnaud Cormier is a software engineer, architect and technology leader who has spent more than two decades helping organisations build and evolve large-scale digital platforms.
His career has taken him from compiler technology, software development and cryptography to integration engineering, enterprise architecture and cloud transformation. Today, he leads digital transformation initiatives at the Publications Office of the European Union, where he focuses on modern software delivery practices and the impact of Agentic AI on engineering teams.
Passionate about both technology and organisational change, Arnaud explores how AI is reshaping the way software is designed, built and governed. He believes the most significant impact of AI is not that developers write code faster, but that the entire operating model of software engineering is being reinvented.
When he is not discussing architecture, platform engineering or AI, he is usually cooking, taking pictures, LARPing or spending time with friends and family.
