Stéphanie Hertrich is Senior Engineering Manager for Docker's Hub team, building and running services that support millions of developers worldwide.She transitioned into engineering management at Qwant, leading the Platform team through periods of significant change including company acquisition. Before that, she spent a decade at Microsoft as a Developer Evangelist and later as a Cloud Architect, building technical expertise while working with startups and enterprises.Working in large corporations, startups, and scale-ups across different cultures has given her a variety of contexts for how to run and manage people in tech companies.
