I am currently working for Bosch eBike Systems where we build a cloud platform for emission-free mobility. Beside techie stuff I enjoy nature, traveling, music and hanging out with friends.

Adam Warski
I am one of the co-founders of SoftwareMill, where I primarily code using Java, Scala, and other interesting technologies. I am actively involved in open-source projects, such as Ox, Tapir, sttp, Quicklens, ElasticMQ, and others. I have also been a speaker at major conferences, including JavaOne, Devoxx, GeeCON and ScalaDays.In addition to writing closed- and open-source software, I spend my free time exploring various (functional) programming-related subjects. At Schibsted Tech Polska, I focus on building innovative teams, aligning technology with organisational goals, and navigating the complexities of modern engineering management.My PhD research explores how advancements in AI and shifting generational values are redefining leadership roles, particularly for middle and line managers in tech organisations. I’m passionate about understanding how leaders can adapt to these changes and balance technological innovation with sustainability and human-centred values.As a conference speaker and mentor, I connect the dots between technology, leadership, and people. My sessions dive into practical strategies for building high-performing teams, adapting to disruptive technologies, and leading in an era of rapid change and ethical challenges.In my private time, I love being out in nature and taking long walks with my border collies. I also spend quite some time running in the woods and hills.
Alexander Chatzizacharias
Alexander, a 34-year-old Software Engineer at JDriven, holds dual Dutch and Greek nationality. He earned his master’s degree in Game Studies from the University of Amsterdam, where he discovered his passion for gamification and software engineering. Alexander aims to bridge the gap between game development and software engineering, believing that both industries have much to learn from each other. He is dedicated to integrating technologies and methodologies from both fields. Additionally, he enjoys experimenting with new technologies and cutting-edge sdk's.

Andres is a Java/Groovy developer and a Java Champion with more than 20 years of experience in software design and development. He has been involved in web and desktop application development since the early days of Java. Andres is a true believer in open source and has participated on popular projects like Groovy, Griffon, and DbUnit, as well as starting his own projects. Moja kariera w cyberbezpieczeństwie rozpoczęła się ponad 15 lat temu. W tym czasie przeszedłem z hackowania do zabezpieczania, dzięki czemu posiadam perspektywę zarówno atakującego jak i obrońcy. Obecnie prowadzę firmę doradczo-szkoleniową Bezpieczny Kod. Anshika has 10 years experience developing software at Posten Bring - Norwegian National Postal Service, building logistics systems and APIs that enable millions of people in the Nordics to order and receive packages. She values studying users, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to demystify unruly business rules. A typical day at work involves climbing stairs to the 17th floor of Posten Bring’s towering headquarters in the heart of Oslo, where she will transform whiteboard scribbles into deployed features. Off-duty you'll find her chasing sunsets and culinary adventures, sampling flavours from around the globe.

Artur Skowronski
Head of Java/Kotlin Engineering at VirtusLab. This year marks his tenth year in the industry. He has spent this decade working on a wide variety of projects—some starting from scratch, and others much older than him. He’s had the pleasure of working on different sides of the fence—as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, Architect, and even Technical Product Manager, which gives him a broad perspective on problem-solving. He collaborated closely with Google architects and engineers to identify cost-effective cloud solutions for Big Data processing. Bartosz actively shares his knowledge and experience at various tech conferences, including JDD, Google Cloud Data Live, GeeCon, and the Data Science Summit. Additionally, he has been a featured speaker at AGH University, internal Google tech talks, and Sabre internal and external meet-ups. Álvaro Sánchez-Mariscal Arnaiz
Álvaro is a passionate developer and agile enthusiast with over 23 years of experience. He is now a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Oracle Labs, where he is a Micronaut committer, helping to maintain and evolve the open-source framework.Before that, he was a Staff Engineer at VMWare, where he led the creation of new products to build, package, verify and publish software solutions with confidence in the VMware Marketplace. Previously, he spent some years working in different industries like gambling games (Odobo) and fintech (4Finance). Prior to that, he created his own company, Salenda, in 2005, a software factory and Atlassian Solution Partner headquartered in Madrid, Spain. Adaptavist acquired Salenda in 2019. Previously, he worked at companies like IBM BCS, Sun Microsystems or BEA Systems, where he was recognised as BEA Technical Director, an MVP awards program. He was also one of the initial founders and member of the Board of Directors of javaHispano in 2002, the world's largest Spanish-speaking Java User Group.Álvaro has spoken in 20 different countries at conferences like Devoxx BE/FR/MA, several Voxxed Days, GeeCON, JavaLand, JavaZone, jPrime, Codemotion and Commit Conf, among others. In his spare time, as well as coding and experimenting with new technologies, he likes to spend time with his wife and children, support CD Leganés football team, and play paddle tennis.
