As an Engineering Lead and a Founder, I have led, always hands-on, engineering and research teams at Fortune 500 companies, universities, and startups. I have had an opportunity to build 4 startups from scratch, and bootstrap one of them. I find it exciting to work in dynamic, agile environments with processes that flexibly adapt to extreme conditions, and I am proud to have successfully shaped organizations in this way. I enjoy building and scaling high-performance, trust-based teams that ship amazing products that change the world.As a Research Lead, I spearheaded a 5-year-long research project funded by the Polish National Science Centre, dedicated to developing a prototype of an agentic manager - an AI system that manages a human organization. Findings from the research encompass, among others, models of AI-powered managerial functions and processes, digital twins of organizations, and predictive models of organizations. My PhD thesis is focused on the development methodology for agentic systems in the context of organization management.Currently, Head of Engineering at Hey Alfie where we build AI property manager for residential homeowners and property management companies.I ❤️ coding, building dynamic, innovation-oriented organizations, and raising my 2 amazing sons.
