Myślenie wizualne i schematyczne rysowanie to praktyczne narzędzia wspierające pracę w projektach IT, UX, analizie danych i zarządzaniu produktami. W tej sesji pokażę, jak już na etapie planowania i koncepcji:
- wizualizować struktury i procesy projektowe,
- projektować czytelne dashboardy i raporty,
- usprawniać komunikację w zespołach interdyscyplinarnych,
- redukować nieporozumienia i przyspieszać realizację projektów.

Natalia Mikołajek is a psychologist, trainer, and educator, known online as Jadźka Rysuje. For over 11 years, she has been teaching visual thinking and simple sketching as practical tools for working with complexity — across education, business, technology, and data-driven environments.
She is the author of “Visual Notes: How to Create and Use Them Every Day” (MT Biznes) and several e-books. Natalia has collaborated with companies, public institutions, and NGOs, creating visual summaries of events, illustrated educational materials, and delivering workshops on visual methods in knowledge work.
She has taught visual thinking in postgraduate programs at SWPS University and Kozminski University, and was a speaker at TEDxKatowice. Combining psychology with visual practice, she helps teams clarify ideas, design solutions, and communicate complex concepts clearly — before tools, code, or dashboards come into play.
