Hafsa is a 15-year-old homeschooled high schooler from Casablanca, Morocco. She is the captain of NOVATARD #24950, a robotics team that won the Inspire Award at the Moroccan Championship and represented Morocco at the FIRST World Championship in Houston. At the same event, she became Morocco’s first Dean’s List Finalist, recognized for her leadership and work in promoting STEM.Hafsa also leads Hack Club Casablanca, a teen-run community of over 150 members. She organized the city’s first teen-led hackathons and was named Tech Community Hero 2025 by Geeksblabla for creating a welcoming space where teens can build, share, and take pride in their projects.Outside of tech, Hafsa is Morocco’s national women’s foil fencing champion and has represented her country at the African Fencing Championship in Egypt.
