Luca Caputo
I’m a React Native developer passionate about creating seamless animations and writing elegant, type-safe code with TypeScript. I obsess over the details — every screen should flow beautifully, every interaction should feel intentional, and every line of code should make the product better. When I’m not building polished, production-ready apps, you’ll find me experimenting with new animation techniques, refining codebases to pixel-perfect standards, and sharing what I learn with the developer community. For me, great software isn’t just functional — it’s delightful.
Mario Fusco
Mario is a senior principal software engineer at IBM working as Drools project lead. Among his interests there are also high performance systems and generative AI, being an active contributor of widely adopted projects like Quarkus and LangChain4j. He is also a Java Champion, the JUG Milano coordinator, a frequent speaker and the co-author of "Modern Java in Action" published by Manning.
Martijn Dashorst
Martijn Dashorst has worked since 2004 at Topicus and has used Java since 2002. Loves server-side Java. You might know him from Apache Wicket—he's dabbled somewhat in that framework. Loves his family and cats, finds Douglas Adams' description of the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation's technology very apt to the current technology landscape.
Matteo Orlandi
I’m a software engineer and mentor at Welld, focused on building high-quality React Native mobile apps and helping our community grow. I’m passionate about creating tools and practices that make development smoother and teams more effective. Beyond code, I love sharing knowledge through tech talks, workshops, and mentorship, turning complex ideas into clear, engaging stories. For me, great developer experience is just as important as great user experience, and that belief shapes both the products I build and the way I share them.
