I support companies in implementing Product Culture Models, organisational (re)design, and change management processes that enable teams to operate with clarity, ownership and sustainable impact.From an individual perspective, I also work closely with introverts helping them manage their energy, strengthen their voice and build confidence in high-demand environments.I am an ICF-certified professional (ACC and the third one in Poland holding ACTC - Team Coaching). Outside of work, I do strength trainings, trail running and take long mindful walks.
